Introduction:
Engaging conversational classes in a fun and informal setting
Hello! My name is Mark and I'm from the Republic of Ireland. That said, I have lived in the United Kingdom from 2007. I studied drama in Exeter then moved to London to complete a postgraduate certificate in Acting.
I'm currently living in Colombia and teaching English as a foreign language in a public secondary school. Last year, I completed an introduction to TEFL, run by UK TEFL who are a top provider of EFL courses.
My education experience includes working as a teaching assistant in primary and special needs schools as well as tutoring students privately in English language and literature.
I've also worked professionally as an actor in the UK in film, theatre and radio. My experience as an actor has contributed hugely to my teaching style. I enjoy working in a theatrical and engaging manner with fun activities and games.
