Hello! My name is Roxana. I am a career educator and I have experience in English Language instruction. I am currently living in New York City but I have lived and worked in Chicago and in Bogota, Colombia where I was teaching English at a public university. I grew up in California and I studied Political Science, Education Studies and Public Policy at UCLA. I also have a masters in Teaching from Dominican University.
Aside from my interest in education. I love to travel and experience different places and cultures. I enjoy watching lives sports games and trying new food. I have a sweet little dog that will sometimes make an appearance in our lessons.

I have experience teaching English as a second language both in the United States and in Colombia. I currently work at a university teaching English as a second language to students of varied English proficiency levels.
