Hi language learners!
My name is Keith and I am from England but currently live in Indonesia with my wife and three children.
I am a TEFL certified teacher with 15 years of teaching experience. Before teaching online I was a classroom teacher in Italy, China, Thailand, Kazakhstan and India.
My goal in the lessons is to help you to improve, not to just chat with you. In every lesson you will acquire new vocabulary and learn how to correct your own errors. All in a friendly environment where it is okay to make mistakes and learn from them.
You can choose to focus on your listening or reading skills and I will provide you with real world materials to use in the lesson. We can use documentaries, street interviews with real native speakers or articles from famous British newspapers.
Before the lesson I will send the key vocabulary so you can study in advance and be fully prepared for the lesson. In the lesson I will guide you step by step, help you when you get stuck and keep you motivated. And of course, in every lesson we will always speak so you are never short of speaking practice.
I live in Indonesia and everyday I have to speak in a foreign language so I know exactly how you feel when you try to speak English. When I speak Indonesian I make mistakes, say the wrong things, forget words and often feel embarrassed. Because of this I know how it feels to learn a language and I make sure that my lessons never make you feel pressured.

In these lessons I will guide you through a conversation and provide you with useful feedback on your speaking. At certain points in the conversation we will stop and discuss/correct any errors, I will help you to correct your own mistakes and also provide you with useful vocabulary to make you sound more like a native speaker.
In the lessons we will use real-world materials. We can watch and discuss short video documentaries, street interviews with native speakers and newspaper articles from the UK. New vocabulary will be sent to you the day before the lesson so you can be fully prepared.
