My inventive style supports students of all level and needs, including IELTS and TOEFL preparation.
I have years of experience and a lot of enthusiasm, and I always find a way to connect with students in order to help them function independently. My classes focus on clear communication (verbal and/or written) because communication is the purpose of language.
Teaching Specialty:
For the last two years, I have taught group classes to adults who seek to improve their use of English in business situations. These courses center on communication with native and non-native speakers in business environments and are specifically tailored to the business of the students (accounting, engineering, sales, etc).
For several years, I have taught students of all ages and levels general English. These courses have varied based on the needs of the students, but all have focused on communication skills and clear expression of ideas in various situations.
I have taught individual courses on TOEFL preparation. These focus on grammar and testing strategies, using a variety of resources.
