Hello! My name is Judy and I am from Canada though I now live in the UK. I have over 14 years teaching experience. My students have ranged from young children to retirees. I have taught in an international school, a local school in Hong Kong, immigrant classes in Canada, IELTS and TOEIC preparation tutoring, an agricultural school in Japan, along with in-person and online tutoring classes.
Besides from Canada and the UK, I have also lived in Sweden, Japan and Hong Kong. So, I know what it is like to be in a situation where the major language used isn't my native tongue. It can be challenging and intimidating. However, learning or using another language can also be fun. It can be educational, exciting and empowering, too.
Whatever your needs are, whether it is improving pronunciation, understanding grammar, or you just want to be able to use English, I would be more than happy to help, share and encourage you.
