Hi there, my name is Scott Hayward. I am a TEFL certified English teacher from South Africa. I have taught English at a private institution in Thailand to English second language students. Before I became a teacher I was a training manager for a charity specific marketing company where i specialized in teaching adults how to communicate clearly and effectively. My teaching style is always fun yet effective. I always enjoy meeting and speaking to new people and talking about many interesting and topics. I have worked collaboratively and alongside teachers assisting non-native English speaking students after hours with general comprehension of course work and homework tasks. The age groups have ranged from 4 -16 years old. Facilitation is one of my strengths and teachers have valued my expertise in motivating and producing positive results. I have a great rapport with the children and adults whom I teach and enjoy working with them. I am a driven and motivated young man that will not hesitate to snatch up new opportunities when they present themselves. I enjoy socialising, always look forward to meeting new people and new experiences. I'm a big supporter of all South Africa Sport. I am outgoing, caring, reliable, responsible and organised. I exercise regularly and enjoy taking advantage of surrounding hiking trails and forests
