Hello, my name is Amina and I am from the United States of America. I have spent four years tutoring and mentoring students ranging from the ages of 10-16. Recently, I spent two years teaching EFL to Korean students and briefly taught adult students as well. My lessons center around common English phrases, idioms, and conversational language that provides second language learners a great foundation for English language acquisition. I am a friendly, patient supportive teacher that hopes to do my best in providing my students with the tools to be successful in learning English.

I have a plethora of resources that teach everyday phrases that are used on a regular basis. This is important because it provides students a foundation to understand how conversational English is spoken.
As an English speaker with an American accent, I specialize in teaching students the common patterns of speech found in American English.
English pronunciation is key in understanding the various nuances in the English language. My specialty is to help students learn how to produce common sounds that encompass common Enlglish words, and tips and tricks that allow students to see patterns in a speech that help with the irregularities found in English pronunciation.
