Hi! My name is Donna. I live in the United States with my husband and am a mother of two adult children. I love teaching!
My primary career is as a volunteer Bible educator with about 4 to 8 students per week. I assist with teaching ESL to a small group of Burmese through my place of worship and I coach individuals on health and fitness. I enjoy doing all of these! Because I maintain my joy for learning, my students feel more at ease and are excited to learn and try their best. My students see the joy on my face and they know that I am with them the whole way.
I try never to take myself too seriously. I let my students know that perfection is not a requirement and mistakes will happen. It is perfectly OK to laugh at yourself and enjoy the journey! This helps me to engage my more shy students to participate. I am looking forward to working with you!
