Hello, I’m Hannah.
I’m an English teacher from Ireland. I have a TEFL qualification and I teach conversational English, general English and business English to people aged 16+.
For the past year I have been living in the North of Spain where I have been learning Spanish, teaching English and teaching Yoga. I have a degree in Neuroscience and a Masters in Computer Science. Before moving into full-time teaching I worked for over six years in the corporate world where I mentored many people and taught programming languages and software development to beginners.
I’m empathetic, patient and friendly. I provide a safe and fun environment where people can confidently learn English without fear or judgement. 😊
MY TEACHING:
🔹My classes are entirely tailored to your needs and learning style. Whether you want to focus on having interesting conversations, improving your reading, writing or listening skills, learning grammar and vocabulary or improving your pronunciation, I’m here to help.
🔹I also use my corporate experience to teach Business English and can help with CVs, job interviews, meeting preparation, email and report writing and anything else you need support with.
🔹I plan each lesson individually. I take note of any spoken errors made throughout our conversation and the last few minutes are dedicated to correcting the errors so that you can understand, remember and improve upon them. I can also provide homework exercises after your class if you would like this.

I have over 6 years of experience working in both the science and technology industries and I use this to help people with general business english. I can help with interview preparation, CVs, meetings, presentations and report writing.
I love writing and I love helping students with their writing projects - essays, emails, letters etc.
We can practise having free conversations. I will take note of any errors made and will explain these to you. I will also help you to sound more natural and to improve your accent.
