My name is Jennifer. I am American, born and raised in Los Angeles, California, but now travel within the U.S. and abroad while working as a Virtual Assistant and teaching English online.
I have a TEFL Certificate from the International TEFL Academy and hold a Bachelors Degree in Media Arts concentrating in TV, Film, and Video Production with a Minor in Marketing from Long Island University in Brooklyn, New York.
My previous teaching experience includes teaching English in Taiwan for one year and being a Substitute Teacher in Atlanta, Georgia for 3 years. Other work experience of mine includes working at the BBC(British Broadcast Corporation) in Advertising and NBCUniversal in Affiliate Marketing.

Taught students ages 4 to 16 years old. Class sizes varied between 6-20 students. Wrote lesson plans to teach Taiwanese students English vocabulary, grammar, as well as the history of the United States and varying topics in science. Created a work manual for new teachers. Enhanced public speaking and cross-cultural communication skills while teaching a classroom upwards of 20 students, 20-26 hours per week.
