I have a Bachelor's degree in European Studies and Spanish, a TEFL certification and a wealth of experience in negotiation, contract, project and relationship management and people management. I am an experienced teacher and mentor, a mother tongue British English speaker and additionally fluent in Italian and Spanish.
I travelled extensively across both the continents of America and Europe over a couple of decades negotiating commercial contracts and I settled down in Siracusa, Italy with my family in 2007.
I am passionate about my teaching and I give 110% commitment to my students, successfully enabling them to communicate confidently in English.
I have extensive experience in providing beginner to advanced level general and business English and Cambridge exam preparation for students wishing to attain qualifications in IELTS, PET, First, Advanced and Proficiency. I have also successfully prepared students for the TOLES Legal and BULATS exams. I additionally provide customised workshops and courses for corporate clients.
