Introduction:

My specialty is in Business and Conversational English

- Students receive customized lessons based on their learning goals.
- Students will get plenty of time to practice skills and receive quick feedback on any mistakes.
-In my lessons, you will improve and practice reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Within each of those, we work on vocabulary, pronunciation, and grammar.
-Students receive homework for additional practice outside of the classroom.

I am a certified teacher who earned my CELTA certification at the end of 2018 and since then, I have been teaching business English to companies in Guadalajara, Mexico. I have worked with students ranging from beginner to upper-intermediate from a variety of different companies and backgrounds.

Everyday English › Intermediate

-In my Overall Intermediate English class, the student practices grammar they are already familiar with to reduce the amount of errors. They continue to build upon the vocabulary they already know and are introduced to new, more advanced grammar concepts. There is more emphasis on accent reduction in this course as well. -In class activities and games focus on building speaking, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and listening skills. -The student receives homework and additional activities after each class to improve his or her reading, writing, listening, vocab, or grammar skills.

Business English Basics › Intermediate

-In this English course, the student learns new vocab and grammar appropriate to their level. Basic students focus on building a solid base to the English language. Intermediate students focus on practicing what they already know while expanding their current vocabulary while also being introduced to new grammar concepts. -In class activities and games focus on building speaking, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and listening skills. -The student receives homework and additional activities after each class to improve his or her reading, writing, listening, vocab, or grammar skills.

-In class activities and games focus on building speaking, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and listening skills. -In my Business English course the student learns English for a variety of business functions such as e-mails, phone calls, meetings, and more. -In class activities mainly focus on building formal language and vocabulary in a business environment with some focus on grammar. -The student receives homework and additional activities after each class to improve his or her reading, writing, listening, vocab, or grammar skills.
