Hello! I am Raquel and have taught ESL for over 4 years. I love building relationships with students and talking about their interests. I love to learn about new topics and people will learn at a quicker pace when they talk about their favorite topics! It's the perfect match! By talking about exciting topics, they are more likely to learn the material for a longer time! I believe that the best way to learn English is to practice having English conversations and will ensure that the classes have plenty of conversational practice. While I love learning about new topics, some of my favorite things to talk about are: travel, food, pets, different cultures and languages, video games, music, sustainability, psychology, and interesting TV shows & movies. I look forward to learning about your favorite hobbies and interests as we practice English together!
