CONVERSATION & COLLOQUIAL-The only way to elevate your communication level is to challenge you with topics difficult and new to you.This exposes you to more grammatical mistakes,identifies gaps and lack of vocabulary.I use Paraphrasing to demonstrate how what you are trying to say could be made more articulate and eloquent.
