Hello and welcome! My name is Sarah, and I am an experienced English tutor from the United States, currently based in Madrid, Spain. I have over five years of experience helping adult learners improve their English skills — with a special focus on business English, professional communication, and building confidence in the workplace.

Throughout my career, I have worked with students from diverse backgrounds and industries, helping them reach their goals in speaking, writing, and understanding English in both formal and informal settings. Whether you are preparing for an important job interview, polishing a business presentation, improving your email writing, or simply trying to communicate more fluently with colleagues and clients, I can help you gain the tools and confidence you need.

I currently serve as the assistant manager at an English academy, where I lead both individual and group lessons for adults and children. I also hold the title of vice president of an English language club, a role I have held since 2022, where I help organize activities and events focused on English conversation and cultural exchange. These positions have given me a deep understanding of how to create engaging, clear, and results-oriented lessons that keep students motivated and progressing.

My teaching style is professional yet approachable. I tailor every lesson to the individual student, focusing on their personal goals, challenges, and interests. My sessions emphasize practical communication — the kind of English you will actually use every day in meetings, emails, presentations, and conversations.
