Hello! I’m Christopher, a TEFL-certified professional English teacher with over 20 years of experience, dedicated to helping you speak naturally, clearly, and confidently in any situation.
As a language learner myself—currently working hard on my European Portuguese—I truly understand how challenging, humbling, and deeply rewarding this journey is. I know what it feels like to hesitate or search for the right word, and I bring that empathy into every lesson.

One of my favorite things to do is to learn about other students, their cultures, and their opinions on a variety of subjects. Through free conversation I can learn a lot about your English needs and how you can correct them to speak more naturally.
I love to help students who have specific needs around the kind of English they need in certain situations such as travel, going to a doctor, interviewing, going to a restaurant, etc.

I was an Elementary classroom teacher where I taught grades 2-5. I was responsible for delivering the curriculum for multiple subjects and ensuring the students success in our end of year state assessments.
