I have over ten years of experience teaching English/Business English to all levels and all ages.
Hello!
My name is Tim and I’m from Manchester, England. I am a native speaker. English is my first language. Now, I live in Japan and I work at an English conversation school in Tokyo. I have been teaching English for nearly fifteen years, and I teach all ages and all levels.
In my lessons students can practice speaking, listening, reading and writing. I can help students to prepare for English language tests, for example IELTS/TOEFL/EIKEN/TOEIC/GTEC/BULATS and more. I can also help business people by introducing business English and helping with business e-mails and presentation material.
I am very flexible so students can make any requests they like for our lessons. Also, students can choose how long they would like the lessons; for example one hour, or 30 minutes.
In my free time I enjoy watching movies, watching Japanese baseball, writing, playing golf, playing darts and making English videos for my You Tube channel.

I introduce business vocabulary and use role-play for a variety of business situations. For example: agreeing & disagreeing/describing products/opining/apologizing/complaining/confirming information/reporting on progress.
I use a variety of topics (both familiar & unfamiliar) to have conversational practice with my students.
