SkimaTalk does everything in its power to ensure that Course contents do not violate any copyrighted works / content. It is strictly prohibited for teachers to list Courses on SkimaTalk that violate any copyrighted works / content.
If SkimaTalk becomes aware of any copyright violations in teacher-created Courses, the company will immediately remove the content(s) from the site and notify the teacher to stop teaching the Course. SkimaTalk will not knowingly approve any Courses that violate any copyrighted works / content.
I acknowledge that I have read the policy above and I agree that I will not infringe upon any third-party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary or intellectual property rights or rights of publicity or privacy.
