Teaching conversational English tailed to my student's interests.
I’m an experienced English teacher from Phoenix, Arizona, now living in Mexico City. I particularly enjoy students who are looking to have regular conversation practice focused on topics such as their hobbies and interests.
In addition to Japan and Mexico, I have also lived in Boston, MA and NYC. I love being outdoors, hiking, backpacking, camping and cycling. I’m also an avid reader. History, fantasy, philosophy and science fiction are some of my favorite genres.
I hold a certification in TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) and have had the privilege of being the head teacher of English at two public schools in Tsushima City, Japan.
