Hello! I'm Kayla, a Canadian certified teacher with more than 10 years of experience teaching English, Language Arts, and English Literature.

I hold a Bachelor of Education, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and a 120-hour TESOL certification. I have taught children, teenagers, and adults from a wide range of countries and language backgrounds, both online and in the classroom.

Originally from Canada, I have spent much of the past 10 years living, traveling, and teaching around the world, including in Europe, Asia, and South America. These experiences have given me an appreciation for different cultures and communication styles and have helped me become a very adaptable teacher.

My goal is to create lessons that are engaging, supportive, and tailored to you. Whether you want to become a more confident English speaker, improve your pronunciation, strengthen your reading and writing, or simply communicate more naturally in English, I can adapt our lessons to your needs and goals.

**What to expect from our first lesson:**

During our first lesson, I would love to get to know you! We can talk about your work, hobbies, interests, travels, and everyday life. I will also ask about your experience learning English: Why are you studying English? What would you like to improve? When and where do you need to use English?

From there, we can decide what type of lessons will be most useful and enjoyable for you.
