Welcome! I am a patient, experienced teacher with years of experience teaching Japanese students. I lived in Okayama for five years, so I am familiar with Japanese culture and how to teach you English based on your life experiences!

What to expect from our first lesson:
During our first lesson, I will be very happy to get to know you! I will ask you about yourself things like: hobbies, favorite things, and passions. After, I will ask you about your learning goals with English. Why are you studying English? What is your history with studying English? What would you like to improve?
Please feel free to ask me any questions you would like to know about me as well!
After this, we will continue our lessons that are specific to your learning needs.
Things I can help you with: speaking speed, pronunciation, intonation, speech presentations, interviews, and flow of natural English conversation.

Helping people learn how to communicate with one another is one of my ultimate passions in life. With English, we can learn about the world together. I am a very versatile teacher who can cater to any need you have. I follow the rule 70/30, meaning you speak 70-80% of the lesson, and I speak 20-30%.
I am professionally trained in pronunciation and diction, and I am very skilled in helping my students to make sounds that don't exist in their mother tongue. This is also extremely helpful for speaking tests, IELTs, and public speeches!
