Before becoming an English teacher, I worked in recruitment, specialising in Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance roles for global FMCG, pharmaceutical companies and several of the Big Four accounting firms. I interviewed hundreds of candidates and worked closely with hiring managers to understand exactly what employers look for. This experience allows me to help students improve their professional communication, prepare for interviews and develop the Business English skills needed to succeed in an international workplace.

My career has given me experience in both the corporate and entrepreneurial worlds. I worked as a recruitment consultant for international companies before building and running my own businesses, and I now trade the financial markets. This real-world experience allows me to help students develop practical Business English for interviews, meetings, presentations, emails, negotiations and everyday workplace communication.

I believe fluency comes through conversation, not memorisation. My lessons are built around natural discussions that keep you talking and thinking in English.
