About my Classes:
WELCOME TO SKIMA TALK!
Every lesson is unique and catered to each student’s level. I like to experiment with different kinds of exercises and materials so nothing is off the table!
I specialize in explaining cultural differences, intonation, preparing students for job interviews/presentations/speeches, translating phrases to fit the context (such as in a business email), improving pronunciation(American-English), showing how to use American slang, improving confidence, and spotting weak points that need to be worked on.
I believe that teachers should improve along with the students so I’m constantly working on my teaching skills and looking for ways to make the lessons more effective. Any feedback is always appreciated.
English is one of the most widely-used languages in the world, and those who know it have major advantages.

About Me:
I have worked for financial technology companies as a marketing and sales specialist for more than five years, I left the business world to travel, explore new skills, and to be self-employed. I have been a business ESL teacher, business skills-soft skills trainer for more than four years, and I love it. I have lived in six different countries, I love traveling, discovering new cultures and languages. I want my students to be excited and curious to learn English as well as the culture. I speak four different languages and I am aware of the challenge that students deal with when practicing a new language. I am here to help you and motivate you on your journey

During this lesson, we will practice the main parts of the IELTS Speaking Exam. I will first give you a short introduction to the structure of the speaking test. We will start with Part One, general information to build your confidence. Part 2-3: One of the most important parts of the exam. During this lesson, I will teach you techniques and tips that will make you sound more confident and comfortable with the language. Finally, I will evaluate and give you feedback on what you need to work on the most. See you there!!!
